About the room
Looking for cool housemates at Lakeshore Condo. Middle room (200 sqft) with own bathroom (not shared) in 3 bedrooms condo unit (1150 sqft) Room has AC, queen bed, study desk, big wardrobe, bedside table. Apartment has washing machine, fully furnished kitchen, store room, TV with Netflix etc. Basically we share everything in the apartment, we are housemates, this is NOT a room rental place! :) Opposite Lakeside MRT - literally 2 minutes walk! Gorgeous location! All facilities: tennis, badminton, gym, huge pool, BBQ area, reflexology path, badminton court, putting green, etc. SGD 1,700 per month (excluding utilities - max SGD 100 per person)
About the roomies
3 bedrooms: 1 is me, 1 is you, 1 is not found yet ;) You are allowed to cook and to invite friends over (reasonably as long as it doesn’t disturb anyone’s peace) Happy to watch a movie or share dinner together sometimes :) I work Monday to Friday in office I’m quite active with sports, most days
