Large common room in a quiet area 10 minutes walk to Orchard MRT. Close to shops and cafes. Own (but not attached) bathroom. Room is partially furnished but happy to improve the set-up. Great location and close to shops, cafes, Botanic Gardens etc. The apartment is very large (about 1600 sqf) and a great building with nice neighbours.
About the roomies
I am a 44 year old aussie who has lived in Singaore for 15 years. I am looking for a quiet, low key flatmate. I am self employed and like working out and keeping active. I enjoy reading and cooking (although not very good at it). I am always up for a bit of a chat but also like time to myself.
