Looking for someone to take over the common room in this amazing 3-bedder duplex (with a nice open terrace) in River Valley starting mid-October onwards.

Room is unfurnished. However as I’m relocating, happy to sell/leave behind some of the furniture I’ve gotten for this room. They are bought less than 6 months ago (excluding the prints!)

Lease goes on for 6 more months with the option to renew after.

Room goes at 1550 (excluding bills and slightly negotiable if we think you’re the right fit!)

The apartment comes with 2 cool flatmates (German guy + Malaysian girl) and you’ll be sharing the common bathroom on 2nd floor with the German guy!
