Looking for a Malaysian chinese female tenant. The HDB flat is located near OG in Chinatown, on a high floor. The bus stop is right below the block, and it’s just a 5-minute walk to the MRT. NTUC supermarket and Sheng Siong market are also within 5 minutes, and there are two 24-hour coffee shops downstairs. There is a Value Dollar shop located just downstairs, and for more food options, you’ll find People’s Park Centre and People’s Park Complex nearby. No need to worry about finding food – there’s plenty around!

We’re a middle-aged couple with two daughters. Our room is 65 square feet, enough for 1 pax and has a big window with a lovely greenery view. There’s a park just behind our HDB, Pearl’s Hill City Park, which makes the area even more pleasant.
