Iroshan, Milan and Shalini's room

This is a beautiful room for 1 in Springdale Condominium with a stunning pool-side view of the Bukit Timah forest!
You would wake up to the calls of birds, view of mist rising among the trees in the forest and calming sounds of water features and ponds nearby. There are no sounds of traffic as we’re shielded from the main road, however you’d hear the happy sounds of children playing in the pool :) If you’re into nature, wildlife (monkeys in particular) you’d experience a lot of it living here!

The room has its own A/C (maintenance done every 3 months), a single bed, and wardrobe. A table can be arranged from those available in the apartment. The room also comes with thick curtains that can block out the light very well if you love sleeping in during the day.

The property is a short bus ride (2 stops) away from the Beauty World MRT station with the bus stop right outside the condo gate, with numerous buses going to Beauty World MRT, Clementi MRT and also King Albert Park MRT.

There are 2 gas stations within walking distance to satisfy your midnight cravings, and supermarkets (fair price, cold storage and giant) nearby as well.

We’re a friendly family of 3 (sister, brother and sis-in-law) from Sri Lanka. We’ve been living here for quite a while now, and looking for a friendly, and tidy addition to our group! Would be great to find a new roommate to occupy a common room in our home.

We love to cook, enjoy a fair amount of TV with meals and are up for board games and movie nights! If you join us, you’d get to sample the delights of homemade Sri Lankan food!
