Hello! My friend and I are looking for 1 more housemate to join us in renting a 3 bedroom condo. We are very easygoing people, both working, in our twenties. We are hoping to find someone to join this friendly house, no weird rules or restrictions. Only requirement is to keep the common areas clean and tidy after use. Feel free to invite your friends over as well. Treat the house as your home :) If you are keen, join us when we make our meals!!

This unit is on 23rd floor, fully furnished, has dryer, washing machine, oven, etc The house is in a rather pristine condition as landlord’s family just rented out their place about <1yr ago and we are their very first tenants!

Your room comes with a built-in table and shelf, and the rooms in this unit are all very spacious! The photo of the room will be your future room.

The room is currently renting for $1200 but slightly negotiable :) It will be available from Nov 2021 onwards.

This place is also around 5-10mins bus ride away to Bukit Batok MRT or Hillview MRT, and has plenty of bus options (within 5mins walking distance) to travel elsewhere too!
