I’m Sam, I have a 5 room HDB apartment in Sengkang. It is 3-4 mins walk to the MRT station ,(2 mins to Bus stop). bus interchange and shopping mall. 24 hrs food Kopitiam is next to the mall. Currently i am out of Singapore, and hence renting out rooms in my house. Common room available (Sgd 1080 for single /Sgd 1350 for couple)… Other common room is occupied by a single male. Master room is occupied by a very nice couple. Tenants are all registered with HDB.. So, max 4-5 people will be in the house. All rooms are furnished. with new aircon. Fully furnished large living area of about 500 sq ft.. with wifi and cable facilities No restrictions and hassle free living. it is almost like having the whole apt. all to yourself.
