I’m looking for a roommate to share a S$1200 (potentially negotiable) room with me @ Clarke Quay, S$600/person. Utilities included. The photo is how the room may look like.

• Wi-Fi
• Water boiler
• Mini refrigerator
• TV
• No free laundry
• No towel provided
• No slipper provided
• No kitchen

Must:-

• have no superstition against Wi-Fi, 5G, phone charging at night
• be considerate when roommate is rushing to sleep to wake up early next day
• minimize inconvenience, disruption or disturbance to each other as much as possible, e.g. not strictly can’t cook, but if you do, please make sure the place isn’t dirty
• don’t touch other person’s thing without permission (even as simple as an normal-looking paper bag may contain a fragile item packaged to be carefully carried in a particular manner, not knowing and carrying it in a different manner would likely result in unintentional damage)
