There’s also clinics and barbershop nearby. You can buy almost anything from the market and shops downstairs. Nearest fast food restaurant is McDonald’s just across the main street. You are welcome to use the washing machine for your laundry. There’s a laundromat under the blk otherwise. Location is suitable for expats working in CBD area as train to orchard is just about 2 stations away. There’s also a feeder bus to Caldecott MRT if you’re taking the Circle line for a 5 mins ride.
