I am a Singaporean Chinese landlord with a partner staying at this unit. Both professionals working in the design industry, bought this unit last year and renovated the unit into a minimalism concept HDB flat. We are both sociable and of course we respects each other’s privacy.

The unit is located right next to Farrer Park MRT and the rooms are very spacious compared to newly constructed HDB. There are currently 3 rooms with 1 common room to be rented out. The unit’s common toilet will be shared with 1 tenant. We are looking for tenant that are LGBT friendly preferably male, tidy and non-smokers. We are rather neat so we often maintain the place in tip top condition, would appreciate the same.
