This is my very first apartment that I bought and carefully designed without any prior knowledge on interior design. Finding a suitable tenant is the most important than renting the room. ––––Information about the apartment————

Now, about me, the owner:

1. I may be out of the country occasionally
2. My friend takes care of my apartment for me
3. I can cook and my tenant can also cook beyond instant noodles which are not exactly ideal as a meal, which puzzles me as for the reason that some landlords here in Singapore only permits light cooking or instant food only.
4. I am color blind - welcome any race and nationality.
5. Lastly, just a down-to-earth person here who appreciates a chat filled with honesty and laughter

What I am seeking for in a flatmate and you can tell me your expectations subsequently if the following ideals are applicable to you:

• you must be a female (only 1 female, not plural) - cuz we are all females and another friend of mine who is staying with me prefers a female too. We don’t have to worry about the position of toilet seat and other concerns. We don’t need to go into details. :)

• you uphold basic values like friendliness, courtesy, mutual respect, non-judgmental, honesty and lastly, KINDNESS.

• you can be of any age group. No bias on this aspect.

• cleanliness for things around you and whatever you touch so that we will not find a trail that lead us to you. :O
