Honestly, for a master bedroom in this area, I think it’s a pretty good deal! It’s also quite rare to find a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in this location. Having your own bathroom also means more privacy and personal space compared to sharing a bathroom with another flatmate.
•Room is originally unfurnished but my flatmate may be able to sell necessities at a discount. Living room and common space has furnitures and electronics already.
Area & Neighbourhood 🌿
- Lots of cool spots within walking distance, including speakeasy bars, lounges, restaurants, cafes and more!
- Tanjong Pagar, Maxwell and Telok Ayer are all around a 20-minute walk away.
- I personally love taking a weekend stroll to Tanjong Pagar or Telok Ayer to grab a morning matcha ☺️
- There are also some nice green spaces nearby if you enjoy getting outdoors!
It’s a really nice balance between city living, having everything nearby, and still having a comfortable place to come home to.

I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over the master bedroom in my lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo from January 2027, as my current flatmate will be moving out of Singapore.
