Looking for someone to take over my common room lease in Katong (start date as soon as possible, latest 15 November) as I’m moving!

Rent & Bills: • Rent: $1,175/month • Utilities: $60–80/month + WiFi ~$12/month • Deposit: $2350 (to me) + $60 utilities deposit • Aircon servicing is required every 3 to 6 months, self-organised by tenants • Cleaner is hired once a month to clean common areas, self-organised by tenants • Some items (e.g. cleaning spray, paper towels) are adhoc costs shared by tenants.

Room: • Queen bed • AC • large built in wardrobe • Shared en-suite toilet (Jack and Jill bathroom with 2 doors, with female housemate)

House: • Landed property with rooftop balcony + great views • Cozy living area (with TV), shared library • Washer/dryer, full kitchen with oven & appliances

Looking for: • Queer or queer-friendly housemate • Guests/visitors/gatherings allowed (although please be mindful of noise and neighbours) on rooftop • Lovely, responsive landlord
