Common room available immediately in my newly renovated Yishun home. I moved in this June, so the furniture and appliances are still new. The room comes with a queen-size bed, Sealy PostureSense mattress, wardrobe, aircon, ceiling fan and WiFi.

Enjoy natural light and a swimming pool view, with Prime supermarket and coffee shops a short walk away. Khatib MRT is two bus stops away and also within walking distance.

$1,100/month for one person or $1,300 for two, preferably two. Minimum one-year tenancy. Utilities included up to $200/month; tenants pay any excess. One month’s deposit and one month’s rent in advance.

No curfew. Light cooking allowed, with a microwave, hot and cold water dispenser, washing machine and fridge space available. The shared bathroom is professionally cleaned twice a month; tenants maintain cleanliness between visits. Tenants arrange aircon servicing every four months.

I’m Sharon, a Singaporean Tamil Christian owner living in the master bedroom. I’m introverted and easygoing, and value privacy, personal space and a clean home. Another tenant occupies the other common room and will leave in mid-November.

I’m looking for quiet, clean and responsible working professionals. Couples, friends and siblings are welcome, with no gender or nationality preference. No students or working from home.

Family and friends visit weekly, sometimes with our family dog. Occasional tenant visitors are welcome with a heads-up, but no overnight guests.
