I am going on an exchange program and would like to rent out my furnished master bedroom (w ensuite bathroom) in a spacious 3-bedroom apartment at Arena Residences, located in Guillemard/Mountbatten area. The condo offers excellent facilities including a rooftop swimming pool, BBQ pits and 24-hour security. The apartment is modern, clean and well maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi. Mountbatten MRT is a 5 min walk away, with easy access to SMU, CBD, Marina Bay, NUS and other parts of Singapore. Supermarkets, cafes, hawker centres and convenience stores are all nearby. This is a great option for exchange students or anyone looking for a comfortable, well-connected home in Singapore for a few months. The room is available from January to March 2027 (3 months). Occupancy is subject to landlord approval.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with two friendly 24-year-old male SMU MBA students. They are easy-going, respectful and keep the apartment clean and tidy. Everyone has their own routine, so the home has a good balance of being social while also respecting each other’s privacy and quiet time. We’re looking for someone who is responsible, clean and considerate—ideally another student, exchange student or young professional who is looking for a comfortable place to stay for a few months.
