About the room
Looking for a female to take over a beautiful condo room in river valley on St Thomas Walk. It is a common room so will be sharing the bathroom with one other girl. There is also a couple in the master bedroom who have a toy poodle (she’s so cute).
The room is only size for 1 person. I will be leaving the bed and bedframe, as well as the brown drawers and standing clothing rack. There is a big shower with powerful water pressure.
Everybody here are professionals around early 30s and go on holidays quite often. There are no rules regarding cooking or visitors, feel free to do as you please as long as you’re respectful.
There’s a swimming pool at the condo, and lots of things nearby. Orchard rd is a 10 min walk, Somerset MRT is around 8 min walk, and Great World is also around 8 min walk. Nearest bus stop is just at the end of the road so very close.
Rent is $1500 and the lease ends in April, with the option to extend if you’d like. Bills are usually around $150 which include internet, cleaning every 2nd week, amenity fees, and water, electricity etc.

About the roomies
The other 3 are from Malaysia. One girl is around early 30s and the couple are mid 30s. Everybody is quite busy but we all enjoy socialising and keeping a friendly atmosphere.
