Looking for 2 flatmates to take over my current lease ASAP. New lease will start on 1 Oct and total rent is 3500/month. Rooms available:

  1. Master Bedroom: $1300
  2. Common room (Queen bed): $1100 Other charges (split among 3 tenants): -Security deposit: 1 month’s rent -Utilities+Wifi: ~100 -Helper (2x/Month cleaning): 112

I am pretty easygoing, work hybrid (wfh 2x a week), and usually cook breakfast/ dinner only. I don’t mind if you are M/ F, as long as you are respectful. I’m okay to have friends over and discuss boundaries around that. It’s a very lovely apartment in a good location and difficult to get at this price. We have a dishwasher, washing machine and balcony.
