Our flatmate is leaving Singapore, so we’re looking for one single tenant to take over his bright and spacious junior master room from 1 October.

• Some furniture will be left behind by our current flatmate

💰 $1,900/month, excluding utilities, WiFi, air-con servicing and regular cleaning, which are shared among the household.

• 7 min walk to Joo Chiat Road and Cold Storage
• 1 min walk to the nearest bus stop, with buses towards Dakota MRT / City Hall / Kent Ridge
• 3 min walk to buses towards Bedok Interchange / MRT
• Walking distance to Eunos MRT (EWL) and Marine Parade MRT (TEL)

• Spacious living and dining areas
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Shared with 3 humans and our cats

We’re in our 30s and from different parts of the world. We’re fairly active and often hang out, watch TV in the evenings and occasionally host dinner parties. At the same time, we’re respectful of each other’s privacy and space.

🐈 Must love cats!

Our cats are part of the household, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable living with cats and enjoys having them around. Bonus if you’re happy to help look after them occasionally when we travel.
