Halo, im posting on my housemates behalf as she just got married recently so shes moving out. It’s a lovely hdb house that feels like home. Not just that, it’s also convenient! 📍 Location: Bedok South Avenue 2, in between Tanah Merah and Bedok MRT (Green Line)

• If you need to take MRT, you can take bus at Blk 40 bus stop to Tanah MRT only less than 7minutes!
• 15 minutes taxi ride to the airport 🥙Amenities:
• A lot of shops in a short walking distance behind the HDB block
• You can also cycle to Bedok Mall area 🏡Areas:
• If you love running, you can cycle to Bedok Reservoir or Bedok Stadium
• The neighborhood is clean and serene

📝Lease: Ends October this year, but planning to renew it Deposit: one month deposit Monthly rental: 1160 exc. Wifi and PUB 👨🏻Landlord staying: No Flatmates: 1 Indonesian cabin crew & 1 Malaysian gymnastic coach 🍽️: we dont eat pork but if you consume it just need to let us know as to not share utensils

Im a gymnastics coach whos been living in sg for 2+ years and the other housemate is SIA cabin crew. We are super chill girls who love to watch movies, go out for coffee/ matcha & pilates on our day off. We consider ourselves super friendly & we love to meet new people. We can be quite introverted & appreciate our own space to rest & recover but we also are down to do anything hehe
