We are open to couples ($1500). And singles ($1300)

Common Room available immediately. Not whole unit! No Smoking in the room Wifi is provided Light Cooking is Allowed The toilet in the kitchen for the use of the tenant alone.

There will also be our dog living with us so we hope to have someone who is pet friendly as well!
