We’ve got one common room available

Common 2 - $2200 available start September in our 3-bedroom apartment at Emerald Gardens Condo, just off Club Street and the CBD. It’s super central – close to cafes, food spots, and everything you could need. You will not starve. The room is spacious, the bathroom is shared with one other person.

We are sadly not able to accept pet owners at this stage as we have 3 established cats in the home.

You’ll be living with me (Pamela) and David. We’re looking for someone easygoing, considerate, and who enjoys coming home to a calm, clean space. The apartment is well-kept with a weekly cleaner (plus our trusty robot vacuum), and we’ve got three affectionate cats – so being animal-friendly is definitely important.

It’s a real home, not a co-living setup or short-term stay. We’re social, always up for a chat or the occasional meal together, but we also respect each other’s space and downtime. If you’re into food, travel, or fitness – even better!
