This is a 3 bedroom unit at Eight Courtyards Condominium located near Canberra and Yishun MRT. Master room is being occupied by a Mother and child(13yrs old). 2 common room is vacant and looking for 2 female to occupy each common room. Toilet will be shared by the 2 female that will occupy the common room. Rooms are fully furnished with queen size bed and mattresses. Clean and peaceful environment. Very accessible as bus stop is just in front of the condo and train station is just 7mins walk away(canberra mrt), yishun mrt is 3 bus stop away. CBD can be reach in 20-30mins by train.
