Hello, Singaporean here, my office is near HarbourFront and I am looking for a place that is accessible by public transport to my workplace.

Experienced tenant, non-smoker and will be considerate to housemates. NO weird rules. Renting for freedom and personal space, don’t want to worry about which specified day to do laundry, or any weird imposed curfew. Will be considerate for housemates as to let them have their turn to do laundry, but very much prefer freedom-to do it as and when than for it to be mandated like some MINDEF camp. I just want a quiet serene place to rest after a full day at work.

Being an ambivert, I can be chatty when required but pretty much prefer my own personal space when living under one roof. I believe this means I have the potential to be the perfect housemate, switching between being sociable when needed or being complete strangers if that’s what the housemates prefer.

Prefers no landlord. Would be a pleasant surprise if somehow there’s a sauna in the property despite my low budget.

I don’t smoke and rarely drink (only on occasion, and even if I do I don’t binge drink). I love Bubble Tea but renting out means I need to cut down on my Bubble Tea expenses!! Can live with just a ceiling fan, but would prefer to have the option of having air conditioning (not daily).
