Hi, I am looking for 1 roommate (male or female) to rent together a 2 bedroom apartment in condo. 2 pax in apartment including me. No more! My preferences:

• only condo
• only with non-smoking roommate
• only furnished 2bedroom apartment mid/high floors.
• location is negotiable, but ideally Bukit Timah/Bukit Merah (I don’t consider any apartments near Paya Lebar/Aljunied/East Coast).
• if you have a pet, it is not a problem. I am pets friendly.
• $1500 max incl bills for the room of 2bedroom apartment.
