I am a 26 year-old German-Vietnamese from Munich. I lived there for 7 years and always shared my flat with the other tenants. I will move to Singapore in April to write my semester’s thesis about pedestrian detection. Therefore I want to find cool flatmates who are interested in doing stuffs together and not only hide themselves in their rooms. Of course we have to respect each other’s privacy, I also have to work a lot during the week. I mean, I don’t want my flatmates to be only my flatmates but also my friends! :)

With my experience in shared flats, I am a very clean and tidy person (ask my current flatmates, if you don’t believe me ;)). I don’t think that I will cook a lot, but still it should be allowed, maybe there will be one day, where I cook for you? ;) And I will always clean up everything after using shared stuff. Visitors should also be allowed, it’s not every day that I live in Singapore. Maybe one or two friends will come to visit me for a weekend :)

I’m fine with a common room since in Germany it’s not usual to have an own bathroom in a shared flat :D But for me it would be a dream if it’s a condo (gym included) with a really nice city view :O I love the skyline which unfortunately doesn’t exist in Germany :( Also the flat should be located somewhere near the green line (best location for me: Outram)

But the most important criterion is: You! I would rather live in a sinkhole with cool people around me than in a luxury apartment with terrible ones.

I will be in Singapore on April 5th and would like to move in around mid of April and will stay for at least 6 months. My budget is up to 1200SGD, but if you have a really really good offer, we can discuss about higher amounts :P
