Hi there! I’m Dean, a 28-year-old Singaporean working in the aviation industry. I’m searching for a room to rent in a friendly flatshare, ideally located in central or east of Singapore. My budget is around $1,200 per month.

A little bit about me: I work in an commercial account manager for an aircraft cabin retrofit company, which means I get to travel quite frequently for work (one of the perks of the aviation industry!). When I’m not jetting off somewhere, I enjoy cooking - nothing too elaborate, mostly just some light meal prepping. I’d love a home where I can do a bit of cooking a few times a week.

In terms of living with flatmates, I’m pretty easygoing. I’m always happy to hang out, chat, and share the occasional meal with my housemates. At the same time, I do appreciate my quiet time and having my own space, so if you prefer a more independent living situation, that works great for me too. I’m adaptable and respect others’ lifestyles.

As I mentioned, I travel fairly often for work, so there will be stretches where I’m not around much. But when I am home, I aim to be a respectful, clean, and responsible flatmate. I’m tidy in common areas, prompt with rent and bills, and mindful of noise levels.

In my free time, I enjoy exploring local cafes, catching up with friends, and gaming :). I’m also a bit of an aviation geek, so if you’re interested in travel or airplanes, we’ll have plenty to talk about!
