Hi, Iā€™m looking for someone to team up with me for a spacious condo unit in Siglap. I moved into this empty unit 2 years ago and furnished it as a home. Two rooms are available Master room + common room. Master room has bathtub and the unit has 3 bathrooms and 3 rooms in total.

Info about the unit: less than 10 mins walking distance to Siglap MRT, direct busses available to CBD, quiet place, walking distance to ECP. No weird rules.

Otherwise, Iā€™m open to team up as well. Iā€™m looking for a place in Bedok/East/Siglap with a budget of $1,200 per month, prefers a place that feels like home and not too occupied.
