I am the low-drama type. This is both our space, so we like to keep it peaceful and easygoing. Think chill evenings, fun house parties, respect for quiet hours (roughly 12:30am to 8:30am), and shared spaces, including the bathroom, kept tidy. I understand that we are both expats, so we look out for each other too; when you’re far from home, feeling like home really matters. Also, I cook often and love sharing meals, so expect the occasional home-cooked treat showing up in the kitchen :) Looking for a lease from February 1, 2027 to June 30, 2028.
