Hi! I’m looking for a comfortable room to rent, preferably near my workplace so I can save travelling time and have a better work-life balance.

I’m an easy-going, responsible and respectful person. I’m looking for a clean, peaceful and friendly home with a roommate/landlord who is also easy-going and respectful of each other’s privacy.

🐱 I have two lovely cats, Mika and Salsa, who are part of my family. So I’m especially looking for a genuine cat lover / pet-friendly home where both cats are welcome.

My ideal place: • Preferably East/Central or convenient to MRT • Budget around $800–$1,000/month • Furnished room • Aircon / Wifi preferred • Own bathroom preferred • Cat-friendly 🐱🐱 • Female-friendly / peaceful environment • No smoking preferred • Clean and respectful household
