Hey! I’m currently looking at options around a budget of ~SGD 1800 ish.

I’m someone who’s pretty easy to get along with - respectful of shared spaces and flexible when it comes to routines and preferences. I like keeping things tidy and organised, not in an over-the-top way, just enough to make the space feel comfortable for everyone. I’m friendly, approachable, and enjoy a good chat, but also value personal space and downtime. I do work from home around 3 days a week, though I’m mostly in my room during that time. Outside of work, I’m a bit of an all-rounded-nerd and movie buff, so I’m always up for a casual film night or a conversation about current affairs.
