We’re a Malaysian couple who has studied and worked in Singapore for the past 6 years. We’re looking for flatmate(s) to rent a whole apartment together, open to individuals or couples. In terms of lifestyle, we would be at work during weekdays, we don’t smoke nor have pets, we like to read / watch movies / travel.

Apartment Preferences

• Lease start date: Around end August to start October
• Location: Green line: Anywhere along Lakeside to Queenstown. Red line: Ang Mo Kio, Yio Chu Kang, Bishan
• Budget: Apartments that we’re looking at fall within the range of $3000-4000 (2 bedrooms) and $4000-5000 (3 bedrooms). If the unit has a master bedroom, we are willing to pay for it, the other room’s budget will be in the range of $1200-2000 - depending on whether you’re an individual or couple, we can discuss about how it can be adjusted fairly for everyone
• Unit: Walkable to MRT, prefer HDBs over condos due to larger size for the same price, well-maintained and relatively new

Roommate Preferences We are looking for someone who values cleanliness and is respectful of observing quiet hours, someone easygoing and communicative!
