My requests:

• Convenient enough to get to Tai Seng by public transport (MRT/Bus)
• Budget under 1000 (maximum 1300)
• Fully Furnished
• WiFi and Aircon
• Safe (aka no🚨district)
• Able to move in mid-June
• No landlord stay if possible (if landlord have to be female)
• No hidden fees
