Hi, my name is Santiago. I’m a Spanish MSc Aerospace Engineering student at TU Delft, moving to Singapore for an internship. I’m looking for a private room, not a shared bedroom, from 1–2 July until around 1–5 November.

I’m okay with a shared bathroom and living in a shared HDB/apartment, as long as the room is legal, safe, and available for my dates.

Could you please confirm:

  1. Is the room still available for 1–2 July move-in?
  2. Is it a private room for one person only?
  3. What is the total monthly cost including utilities, Wi-Fi and aircon?
  4. What is the deposit and minimum lease period?
