Hi, I’m Alex. I’m originally from Singapore but I grew up mainly in Hong Kong and Thailand. I’ve been in living in London and Barcelona since graduating from high school and now I’m back in Singapore for work.

I’ve been living in flat-shares for the last six years so I know how to live in and treat shared spaces. I particularly enjoy living in a home where we get together on the weekends and have a meal or a few drinks, and at the same time we also respect each other’s personal space and time when needed.

I love to cook (which has been increasingly challenging given how good the food options are here!) and really enjoy that I can go to the beach year round in Singapore without needing a wetsuit. I can sound somewhat sound coherent in Spanish, Mandarin, and Cantonese, but this year I really want to improve my Thai and Malay.

Happy to team up with somebody (or plural) to look for a flat or house! I don’t mind anywhere as long as it’s close to the MRT and within a 30 minute commute to my office in central :)
