Hello! I’ve returned back to Singapore from being away in New Zealand and restarting life back here. I’m looking for, ideally, a small room to rent for single occupancy; not a common room but one of those maid/utility-like room. Budget negotiable. I’m also open to room share otherwise. A little about myself is that I’m 32yr Singaporean male (Indian ethnicity for those that it matters) who’s easy-going, considerate and clean. I am social but also like keeping to myself so depends what suits you. I’ve had great relationships with my past landlords so I’m confident that I’ll be great addition.
