Hi, I am looking to move out in October 2026. I have been working full-time for 2 years and counting. As I have been sharing a room with a sibling, I would much prefer a room to myself… ><

I don’t have the habit of calling in the evening or late nights, unless urgent. I do not snore, play loud games or exercise loudly. I wash my dishes as soon as I finish up, I tend to clean up after myself! I care to respect privacy and boundaries, I do not use or take other people’s things without permission. I take care to respond to phone alarms without leaving it ring for long. I make sure my groceries don’t take up much space! I don’t often order a lot of parcels/delivery items as well. Not sure what else to add… but please rest assured I am mindful when I share spaces with others!

I prefer to live somewhere Central, East, Downtown, West; anywhere that isn’t so out of the way/slow. But I am not very picky on the location if the apartment/room is welcoming, decent and affordable. Thank you
