Hi there, I am a 29M from Singapore looking for a calm, clean, and social home.

I have stayed in shared spaces when I was living abroad or travelling, and know the importance of being clean and considerate. I also want to be able to be socialise with my flatmates by having dinner together from time to time and arranging for events. I practise a healthy and active lifestyle and want to travel to see the world.

I work in the banking industry and is able to work from home a couple of days in a week. While I have to make calls quite often, I am generally mindful to keep my volume down which I do even when working at the office.

I am looking for a place with a long-term lease of at least six months, with the option to renew for up to a year or longer. I am not considering a place with a live-in landlord as that complicates social living. I prefer not to have to share the bathroom with too many people. I will consider it a bonus if the tenants are of a mixed gender profile which from my experience motivates everyone to be tidier and more respectful to fellow tenants.
