PR in Singapore having a stable job, work near Jurong East/Kent Ridge. Hence looking for a mid in between eg One north/Holland V. Have been traveling around the world and flexible to rules & regulation, culture and races, love food exchange. Work in a funny schedule and most of the time is exhausted so would prefer have common area cleaner scheduled, utilities all inclusive. I only do very light cooking eg heating up my left over food :’) My partner is currently working overseas, which might come for a short stay 2-3 days approx 3-4 times per year so I hope you’re flexible to visitor. I do not have other visitors and would definitely let you know in advance. Happy to pay extra $25/week for him. Condo with gym is my preference but ok for apartment/HDB too if it’s high value in terms of location.
