Strong preference for MRT/bus access into the city, central-ish areas, and neighbourhoods with cafés, bakeries, gyms, and everyday conveniences nearby.

Tanay (from Kenya) is active, extroverted, will cook for you and make you chai. Gaetan (from France) is our resident plant dad who values calm, natural light, greenery, and no expressway noise. Krishna (from India) loves coffee, tech, and bouldering. 2 of us work from home most days.
