I’m a local Singaporean professional who is only looking to team-up right now - Currently teamed-up with another young couple. We’re all locals who have stayed with each other before. My partner will be staying over sometimes but will not be primarily residing with us.

We’re looking for someone clean, tidy, and responsible/timely with rent. We’d prefer someone easy-going, so it doesn’t feel like we have to walk on eggshells all the time.
