Gladys & Chloe

We are a small family of 3! Bringing our fur kid who is a 1.5 years old jap spitz along. He is sweet and friendly to humans but selective with dogs (he gets too excited sometimes). He walks twice a day and is pee-pad / grass trained. Otherwise, he can sleep the bulk of his day away. He is relatively quiet (no excessive barking) and will ask for occasional play when it’s his witching hour (approx 6pm).

My partner and I are clean (like really clean) and will clean up after ourselves. Would expect our future roomies to have a sense of cleanliness and hygiene too. Else, we are laid-back.

We are looking for an entire unit, preferably in the west (Bt Timah) area. Although open to considering other alternatives depending on the roomies (of course) and price.

Our priority is to find a clean and nice home for our little family and is within walking distance to the Downtown line for easy commute.

We are currently looking at a few units and will like to take the master room. Hence, will be keen to join hands with a few others to rent down the entire unit. Looking for like-minded individuals / couples with a budget of approx 1,300 - 1,700 for common rooms with likely either an attached bathroom to yourself or shared common bathroom.
