Singaporean here looking for a new place as my lease is up on 20 Apr! Hoping to find flatmates (preferably females/couples with no children) to lease a whole flat together, please message if you like to rent together! Strictly looking for places in Queenstown, Redhill, and Tiong Bahru, other locations please do not message!

My budget can stretch to 1200 if I really like the place, and I’m open to a 2 year lease as well.

Currently working in City Hall. I’m easy to live with as long as there are no loud noises like blasting of TV/music. I mostly keep to myself, open to hang out if you like and I like to keep my spaces tidy and clean.

My requirements: -Window -Provide table & chair in room -Allow cooking (will clean up) -Air-con (negotiable if unit is windy and has room fan) -no live-in landlord
