Guy from Malaysia. I’ve been living and working in Singapore for 8 years. I work from home some days, and I prefer a bigger sized room (en-suite not required).

I cook/make food somewhat often, so I’m looking for a place with a decent and clean kitchen available for use without weird restrictions. I am adamant about cleaning up after myself.

I do music stuff sometimes but am very conscious about noise levels. Other than that, I like the outdoors, and stay pretty active. I would prefer a more central location but open to staying a bit further out as well.
