Hi! I am posting on behalf of my parents (I am staying separately, occasionally visiting).

Our lease is ending and the current landlord offered us a place in CCK. The house is bigger than we need so the landlord suggested finding people for two more rooms. My parents are nice people, open minded easy going couple in their 50s. Experienced renters, their only expectation is to be a respectful human e.g shared cleaning responsibilities etc. Visitors, cooking okay.

Otherwise, they are also open to teaming up to rent a house together along the green line (between Boon Lay to Kallang) or circle line.
