LOOKING FOR A ROOM (PREFERABLY NEAR TEL STATION)
Hi all, I am a single Singaporean writer in my 40s. I am looking for an affordable room to co-live in (female environment preferred) while waiting for BTO.
As co-parent of a 9yo daughter, I am looking for a child-friendly environment where she would feel welcome on weekends. She would occasionally stay over, such as on ad-hoc PH days, as well as Friday and Saturday nights every week. She is a highly sensible child and we are respectful of house rules.
Location Priority: Tiong Bahru/ Havelock or near any TEL MRT Line station Move-in Date: September 2026 Budget: Monthly bill ideally includes utilities (light cooking, washing machine access, Wi-Fi) and misc fees like aircon servicing.
