Hello! I’m a 35-year-old, easygoing Singaporean professional looking for an open-minded housemate to rent a spare room in my apartment in the East.
I’m not overly picky or neat-freakish, but basic hygiene is a must. I’m an INFP but I also value my personal space and downtime. I’d love for the apartment to feel welcoming, but not constantly packed with people (though hosting the occasional small gathering is totally fine!).
I’m open-minded, inclusive, and strictly zero-tolerance for any form of discrimination or hate regarding race or religion. I’d love to occasionally hang out with my friends at my place like a casual board game, hotpot or Netflix night once or twice a month and you will be free to join us if you are keen to join.
It’s a huge plus if you’re a working professional in the East, as the apartment is less than a 4-minute walk to Bedok MRT station. (FA working in Changi Airport, Nurses working in CGH or professionals working in Changi District Park)
