Hi there!

I’m a 34 year old Singaporean professional (working in Fintech) who has lived abroad for a few years and I moved back to Singapore last year after living in Europe for sometime now.

I’m looking for either a common bedroom or a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom to rent in the city centre/central area in Singapore. My preferable budget is below 1700 including utilities etc.

Just a little bit about me, I am an easy-going individual,I will always respect others, in this case, you (my potential future flatmates), I am very clean, tidy and hygienic as well (I always clean up after myself, so don’t worry :)). So I am looking for other professionals/flatmates who are the same as me. I love spending time doing the things I love like reading, cooking, going out with my friends, dancing and living life in general. I am also very adaptable.

I have lived in many places and countries before and I have experienced situations whereby the flatmate(s) doesn’t respect the cleanliness “code’ in the shared common spaces (laundry, bathroom, etc). I think it’s absolutely important that an individual cleans up after himself/herself as it’s just basic etiquette and common courtesy, especially when you are sharing the bathroom together. It’s just like taking care of yourself :) I’m looking for flatmates who shares the same diversity as I do and someone who is easy-going, likes to have a laugh every now and then and who enjoys life in general. Nobody likes to be walking on eggshells when together :)

I am also very keen on taking up a new lease with other new roomies (maximum 3 tenants including me) if you’ve got any suggestions! But the location needs to be in the city centre though (Preferably looking at Novena/Newton, Orchard/River Valley, Tanjong Pagar or City Hall area).
