I’m a Chinese from Myanmar with Spass looking for a clean and cozy room for myself for 6 months or 1 year. I don’t usually cook except for instant noodle or boiled eggs once in a while and would prefer the rent to be inclusive of internet and utility so it will be easier. The budget of SGD800 is negotiable but address registration is a must. I am quite easy-going and relaxed so prefer things to be simple. Cheers!
