We have a newly renovated Master Room available, featuring a queen-size bed, a full-wall-sized built-in wardrobe, and a newly built attached toilet. The room is equipped with both aircon and a ceiling fan for comfort. High-speed internet and utilities are fully included, and light cooking is allowed. The unit is on a high floor, ensuring a quiet environment.

The location is incredibly convenient—just a 5-minute walk to Yishun MRT and Northpoint City Mall. There is a bus stop right downstairs that takes you to Khatib MRT in just 3 stops. For daily essentials, Wet Market, Prime Market, 7-11 and few Kopitiam are right downstairs, and Chong Pang Market is only 2 stops away. It’s also within walking distance to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, with easy access to nearby parks, basketball, and futsal courts.

You’ll be living with a friendly, working professional couple in our 30s. We always keep the home clean and respectful, and there are no kids around, so it’s a quiet environment.
