The apartment itself is spacious, warm, and very homey and shared with respectful housemates. Available early July onwards, 2 year lease (pending reduction to 1).
About the roomies
We’re 2 friends (a guy and a girl) mid-20s, both Yale-NUS graduates now working. You’ll be sharing the common bathroom with the girl, so we expect a respectful individual. We’re generally very chill and easy-going.
